Vibrant Green Pea Puree
- 1 lb petite green peas frozen
- 1 avocado (peeled and pitted)
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 3 tbsp juice of a lemon
- salt and pepper to taste
- Put all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
- Salt and pepper to taste. Serve.
